I've spent more than 25 years in the property management industry, building a career centered around helping properties perform, teams succeed, and owners achieve their investment goals.
Throughout my career, I've managed more than 10,000 rental units, gaining extensive experience in multifamily operations, leasing, financial performance, asset preservation, and the day-to-day challenges that come with managing investment properties. But my perspective goes beyond property management. I'm also a real estate investor.
I understand the decisions property owners face because I make many of those same decisions myself—from evaluating investments and managing renovations to navigating vacancies, controlling expenses, and protecting long-term profitability.
After decades in the industry, I founded MK Residential Partners with a vision of bringing together the expertise of large-scale, institutional property management and the personal attention that property owners deserve.
I believe successful property management requires more than systems and processes. It requires communication, accountability, sound financial judgment, and a genuine commitment to the success of every property we manage.
Beyond my work with MK Residential Partners, I'm passionate about real estate investing, educating other investors, and sharing the knowledge I've gained throughout my career.
My goal is simple: to help property owners protect what they've worked hard to build while creating opportunities for continued growth.
Why I Founded MK Residential Partners
After more than 25 years in property management, I knew there was an opportunity to do things differently.
Throughout my career, I've managed thousands of rental units across various asset classes, worked alongside investors, and seen firsthand what separates successful investments from struggling ones. Value-add properties became my specialty, giving me extensive experience identifying opportunities, improving property performance, and maximizing returns.
Becoming a real estate investor myself brought an entirely new dimension to that experience. I was no longer looking at investments solely from a property management perspective, but also through the eyes of an owner.
I understand what it's like to have your own money invested, make difficult financial decisions, and trust someone else with an asset you've worked hard to build.
I founded MK Residential Partners to combine the experience, systems, and operational expertise of large-scale property management with the personal attention, accountability, and investor mindset that every property owner deserves.
